Every service that we offer is completely optional. You are not forced to use all of them.

02. Will there be risks involved in this entire process?

Fees for membership are billed upfront, including any additional services purchased. Within the first 30 days of your subscription, if you are not satisfied with the plan, we will refund the cost of your membership, minus any reductions that have been applied to the services.

03. What is the duration of membership? Are there automatic renewals?

The membership you have purchased is good for an entire year, and it will be renewed for you automatically for your convenience. If you want to disable the automatic renewal feature, simply log in to your secure member portal and make the necessary adjustments according to your preferences.

04. What does "In-House testing" mean?

The in-house testing is a visit to your home that takes place once a year and is conducted by a licensed technician who assesses the technological systems in your home.
